Standard 10' x 10' Tent Space Food Truck / Trailer Layout

Electricity Access:

I am completely self-contained and will bring my own quiet generator. I require access to an electrical outlet.

4 Vendor Fees & Selection

Standard Craft / Retail Vendor Fee: $25.00 Standard Food Truck / Attraction Fee: $50.00 Waived / Free Vendor Setup Fee (Approved special attractions or community partners) Profit Split / Donation Agreement: In place of a flat fee, I agree to split a percentage of my festival profits or provide a designated donation back to the host organization.

6 Permits & Liability Compliance

Food Vendors Only:

You must attach a valid copy of your Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture Mobile Food Facility License with this form.

All Vendors:

All participating food trucks and specialized amusement/animal attraction vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming this event/venue as an additionally insured party prior to setup.

Clean-Up Agreement:

All vendors are strictly responsible for maintaining a clean booth footprint and removing their own trash at the conclusion of the event.
